We are proud to present to you the new Joblink website. Our website provides job seekers, recruiters, and employers with valuable information regarding employment opportunities and career information.
Joblink of Maryland, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which was founded in an effort to be a conduit between job seekers and employment opportunities in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Being a non-profit organization, Joblink does not charge any fees to our corporate partners for making referrals or placements. Joblink maintains working relationships with local employers and placement firms and constantly seeks to cultivate additional business contacts in the community.
As part of Joblink’s intake process, staff meets with clients to evaluate their experience and credentials as well as to assess employment goals and salary expectations. Any candidate referrals are made after a careful comparison of client background with the specific needs of its corporate partners.
Joblink’s clients span the gamut of occupational areas as well as job levels, including entry-level to executive. Most of Joblink’s corporate partners have an established presence in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. They include employer organizations of all sizes as well as recognized placement firms.
In today’s economic environment, there is much volatility and uncertainty in the job market. Joblink’s objective is to provide the critical connection between those available opportunities which do exist and qualified job seekers. Over the past 13 years, Joblink has made numerous placements of clients with area businesses.
